Beeplanet recruits from local colleges to find amazing role models for your little ones. Our babysitters fill out an extensive application, listing their previous childcare history with references, personal hopes and dreams, and educational background. They must also provide a resume with childcare references for a reference check.

Each candidate must pass a 30-minute interview with our Recruiting Manager. During the interview, we assess leadership and personability, professionalism, experience level, and more. 

Ms. Laura meets with all of our candidates at Beeplanet's campus to watch them in the field. This helps us determine the skill level, age comfortability, and likely matches for each candidate.

All of our babysitters are background screened and registered with Trustline Childcare Registry, a state law requirement.
